What is the storage capacity of your backpacks?
Our WOLFpak backpacks come in various sizes ranging from 25L to 45L. The 45L model is designed to hold multiple days' worth of meal prep, gym gear, and a 17-inch laptop, making it the ultimate athlete companion.
Are WOLFpak backpacks waterproof?
Our backpacks are made from high-grade 900D Oxford waterproof polyester. While they are highly water-resistant and will keep your gear dry in rain, they are not intended for full submersion.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I customize my bag with patches?
Yes! Every WOLFpak bag features a heavy-duty Velcro surface, allowing you to easily attach and swap out our custom morale patches to reflect your personal style and fitness journey.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that custom patches and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We stand by our quality. WOLFpak offers a limited 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to ensure your gear performs at its best.
